WIGK is sad to announce that our founder, Sarah (better known to the internet community as "Sensational Sarah") Has passed away yesterday November 6, 2008 in her sleep, according to her girlfriend Maria.

Sarah lived in California and has struggled with the gay marriage controversy in that state. To quote Sarah "they may stop us from having a lesbian wedding, but they can't stop us from being lesbians." She's right, but that didn't stop people from trying, which is why she felt so passionate about running this website. Kissing her girlfriend was part of their lesbian relationship and many have tried to take that right away from her. Since she was my good friend for over 4 years and I accepted the position as webmaster to help her out, I will continue to run this website as a dedication to her. A truly amazing woman, will surely be missed. Goodbye Sarah, rest in peace. PDD the website admin will take over this account.



We have heard many stories of girls getting in trouble for kissing. Getting kicked off of school buses, city buses,receiving detention or complaints for kissing in public places. We are here to defend those girls. We want those girls to know that there are people out there that support them and their rights.
