I am the new guy on the block in this forum, so before I begin I will introduce myself a little. I am known as ShatteredSoul in chatrooms across the net. I also go by the name of MasterABD (which stands for ABitDifferent not abd pads) which I use on personal ad websites (like collarme.com) and on my own website alternativealbny.com. I am very much a real lifestyler and I very much use the lifestyle to make money (via my website).

Its for this reason I wanted to talk a bit on this topic. Online money Dommes and Doms have this incredibly horrifying reputation and its totally unjustified. If you go to most websites of those making money off the lifestyle, what you find is they are very real and very much live the lifestyle, they just found a way to make their passion of this lifestyle profitable. Most of them have both online and offline clients. They are very real. They post pictures of the things they do to clients. They talk about things like CBT and CBT safety. They are not JUST in it for the money, thats just a perk of the job.

In the middle of these websites where they post articles and pictures, they also usually have a place to "submit"... When submitting typically the submissive/slave must submit with a cash gift or a gift from a wishlist before they will even have a CHANCE at being a client. This is not any shame to the lifestyle, but rather an addition to it. Its another way people can submit and feel used. If these professionals didn't exist, submissives who are interested in online and/or phone financial domination would have no where to release there desires and thus an area of this lifestyle would go unfulfilled.

Perhaps its not for everyone, but why complain about it. At best one should look at it as a public service. They take those who are not looking for relationships or sex partners (those who may be involved and married already). If they were not taking such clients, the result would be a lot more people being dishonest just so they can fulfill this need their spouses refuse to.
