Admin-school-info-desk
From time to time we need to add members to the Admin team due to site growth or members leaving for various reasons. This desk is for those who are serious about volunteering their time and skills to making our chat room environment a safe and friendly place to spend time and enjoy conversation.
After adding this profile to your "friends list" , send a brief letter explaining your interest in becoming an admin and the answers to the questions found here to the inbox of this profile.
If you are selected as a student,there will be a further series of questions to answer and advisory posts
to read and comment on.
Joining this desk in no way assures that you will be added to the Admining team and gives
you no special authority or responsibility in the chat rooms.It is to let us know that you
are interested in becoming a member of our little family.
Requests that become dormant will be rejected. Dormant means someone who sends me a friends request and does not complete the tasks on my page within 14 days of your request or write an e-mail to me explaining why not. A reminder letter will be sent before this happens.
If you have a private profile and your friends request becomes dormant, I cannot send you a letter to remind you and your request will be rejected.

A.C.O.C.Our Admin Code of Conduct :
All Admins are expected to adhere to this basic Code Of Conduct during the time that they are serving as members of the "Admin team". Not doing so may result in immediate disciplinary action including the removal of your status as an Admin .
1. Admin "business" is to remain private and will be discussed within the group and with group members only.
2. Nudity is permitted on Admin accounts providing it does not promote bad behavior among the guests (begging or directing) or distract you from your duty of monitoring the chat rooms.
3. An admin must not show favoritism toward any chatter/chatters in the course of their duty.
4. All conflict among admins shall be conducted away from the guests and with members of the Admin team only (re.Code rule #1)
5.Drinking is permitted , however, Drunkenness/Drug use IS NOT PERMITTED while using your "Admin account"
6: Admins should keep aware of the ongoing business of the groups and changing chat conditions by checking posts before each chat session. these groups include chat admin,front desk and if relevant, The break room, boot camp, and senior-itus (if part of it).
7.Admins taking time(more than 3 days) away shall post (as well as they are able) a "Leave of absence" in the Admin group.
8. Admins must catalog all bans in a timely fashion according to ban procedures approved by our site team coordinator. (AdultSpacePat/Logurl)
9. Admins are to conduct business without consideration to race, religion, sexual orientation ect. of the parties involved.
10. Admins are to act in general good faith to aid and support the admin group and chatters, and protect the site at all times.
11. Admins are allowed downtime, we urge that they have a separate account for times that they want to chat, have a good time and not have to worry about admining.
- - -Here are the admin steps for someone breaking the chat rules:
You give them 2 warnings before you kick them out of the room.
If it'll help defuse the situation, you may stop them from typing in the chat room for no more than 5 minutes.
If they continue you ban them for 10 minutes to an hour, depending on severity.
If they come back after original ban and continue then you may ban them for up to 24 hours.
If someone is always a problem then you contact your site team coordinators by posting that guest's ban in the "Shit list" Log area.
If we get complaints that an admin is abusing their powers then we will check the chat log and begin an investigation.(Admins usually are suspended from duties during this time.) While the team itself conducts the initial investigations into misconduct there is over site from our site "Admin Team Coordniators" reguarding final decisions. |

- - -More or less, the "laws" for the Admin position are as follows:
(1) Serve the Public Trust.
(2) Protect the Innocent.
(3) Uphold the Law.
- Serving the public trust means doing what is best for the community as a whole.
- Protecting the innocent means we have the power to gag or ban people who are causing problems, scamming money, being disruptive, or abusing the other guests. Since the guests do not have the power to protect themselves, it is up to us to ensure their safety and enjoyment of the chat rooms..
- Upholding the law...This chat room is unique because we have Admins who watch for abuse. Women feel safe here because they are protected from perverts, stalkers, and predators...We are also unique because we have rules and the power to enforce those rules.
- - -Above "laws" for admins "demand" more or less that admins act in a certain way:
All admins are to conduct themselves in a professional manor. Showing, conversation, and flirting are okay things to do, however your primary task as an admin is to protect the site, ergo the chatters; do not loose sight of that. Your actions reflect on yourself, the group of admins that back you up and the site it self; the owners of which trust you with tools to make a difference.
Admins must withhold their tempers. An admin cannot let their emotions get the better of them. This makes them look weak as an individual and is bad for the admin team as a whole.
Our use of caps must be thought out carefully, not only is it yelling but our words carry ALOT of weight in chat.Our use of caps can be easily mis-construed and must be used in only the most PC way.
Any warning in the room which basically calls that chatter out by name may exacerbate the problem and should be done rarely. Keep this in mind when keeping order. | QUESTIONS

- Have you ever been an administrator on another site? If yes, which? And also, are you still an administrator there? Why did you stop being administrator there?
- Please describe in detail and in your own words , the kind of person you are and how you thin you can make a difference to the admins group and the site? What according to you, are important qualities an administrator has to have?
- Are you going to be able to accept the ideas, differences and criticisms of your team mates and weigh them into your future decision making without getting upset or loosing your patience? We work as a team and it is important that we actively pay respect to one another and really consider each others positions and points of view....Please comment.
- When presented with a situation that seems to be getting out of control are you the type of person who will either A , let the situation try to wind its self out on its own , or B take charge of the situation immediately and try to defuse the situation , or C run like hell ? and state the reason for your answer.
- A friend comes in to the site and starts acting up by begging and directing or starting a fight . the situation doset seem to be getting any better and you have already tried to talk to all involved . what do you do ? and why.
- A fight breaks out and all hell breaks lose none of the parties involved want to stop or use there block buttons do you ( after trying to talk to all parties involved) kick out the person who started the fight , do you kick out all parties involved ? and for how long do you ban for?
- Do you think that when you become an administrator you are going to act different as how you act as a "common" chatter, now?
- Can you, if yes, describe why you might act different then?
- Or...when no, do you think an administrator is acting kinda the same as a "common" chatter? And is it then, according you possible as being administrator, actually BE "yourself" then? Please try to give an inside view of what motivated you to give that answer...

The Admin team thanks you all for your participation in helping us to find the future members of our group, and for setting an example of conduct for the rest of our chatter in the rooms.. | THE STEPSPhase Zero = A Candidate has properly sent the correct information (motivation letter and answers to the first set of questions)
Phase 1 = A Candidate has been accepted by a 5 or more admin. majority based on their Phase Zero information and becomes a student. This student's friend-request gets accepted on THIS profile (Admin-school-info-desk) AND "the student" gets invited to the Admin School Intake Desk, which is a profile set to private (personality- and personality-related questions are going to be asked there).
Phase 2 = A Student has selected a 'mentor' AND that admin has agreed to continue this Student's progress, this Student attends admin run classes.
Phase 3 = A Student has been Phase 2 for at least 30 days and in chat for a minimum of 8 hours per week within that time frame with their mentor, and attended at lease 3 admin classes.
Phase 4 = A Student is a pending administrator for Adultspace Chat and has been voted yes by 90% or better of the current admins and no more then 1 no votes after a 7 day long pole. |

Guests will show whatever they want on their cams. They are under NO obligations to take requests or follow directions. Ordering someone around makes you look pathetic and desperate---If you want porn, go to the Videos or the pay cams---FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE ROOM---
Chat Rules: (1) Be polite and respectful. (2) No advertising, spamming, or scamming. (3) Racisim, Racial hate, and discrimination WILL NOT be tolerated in ANY form. (4) Guests will show whatever they want on their feeds. Don't Beg. It makes you look desperate and pathetic. (5) No typing in ALL CAPS. Its considered SHOUTING and rude. -- Bans can be PERMANENT and you will NOT be able to use our chat rooms again !
